Abstract

Omega‐3 fish oils have attracted much interest in light of their anticipated cardiovascular protective effects, but the actual clinical evidence base for their efficacy has been equivocal. This article gives an overview of the clinical trial findings to date, and discusses their current and potential place in therapy.
