Abstract
A cross-sectional study using a questionnaire was conducted among randomly selected residents in KL. To increase accuracy of data collection, practitioner in charge assisted participants to fill up the questionnaire during one on one dialog. Scoring method was used to measure level of knowledge and awareness. An educational brochure about CVD was distributed after dialog. Data analysis was done using SPSS 21.Results:
