Abstract

Objectif: The MSME Law mandates the government and regional governments to provide support in various aspects, including funding, facilities, business information, partnerships, licensing, trade promotion and institutional support, in line with a people's economic system that requires participation from all levels of society. The aim is to describe the legal entity form of an individual company.   Methodology: This research is a type of normative juridical research.   Conclusion: The efficiency of monitoring individual company registration for MSEs is determined by its ability to generate profits and maximize legal benefits. This involves controlling and monitoring the benefits or profits obtained by the subject at large. Efficient monitoring is related to marginal Pareto efficiency and Kaldor-Hicks systematization of efficiency for more communal purposes. It is important that the procedures, requirements and implementation aspects of supervision can be implemented effectively. This ensures that the benefits of the law can be captured and maximized by its users.
