Abstract

Success of every organization depends today more and more from human capital as well as\rfrom physical capital. When we consider human capital as a combination of qualification,\rskills, abilities and intelligence of people, that means as a factor, that gives special, original\rand extraordinary character to every business or not business organization, then we know\rthat namely employees are source that is able to learn, able to make changes, innovation and\rpossibility to have creative effort, that means source, that is properly motivated, and by this\rway they will secure long – term prosperity of its organization.
