Classe social, identidade e luta por Direitos Humanos no Movimento de Atingidos por Barragens - Brasil

Abstract

Resumo Busca-se no presente artigo construir alguns apontamentos teóricos sobre a relação entre direitos e movimentos sociais a partir do caso do Movimento de Atingidos por Barragens (MAB) no Brasil, a fim de entender como os processos sociais de luta deste movimento interligam a questão das classes sociais com as identidades camponesas e a luta por direitos humanos forjados frente aos interesses do empreendimento e do Estado.Abstract This article aims to construct some theoretical notes about the relationship between rights and social movements based on the case of the Movement of the Affected by Dams (MAB) in Brazil, in order to understand how the social processes of struggle of this movement interconnect the question of social classes with the peasant identities and their struggles for human rights, especially in their dynamics forged before the enterprise and the State.
