Abstract

The arcticleprovides general information about current knowledges of pathogenesis in development of food allergy, including diagnostic posibilities and pitfalls of IgE and non-IgE mediated food allergy and their treatment. Further, the most common cause of food intolerance is commented and the diet recommendation.
