Abstract

Discourse analysis (DA) is a heterogeneous set of theoretical and methodological approaches with a great development in sciences which-generally-are considered inter-disciplines (such as social psychology or sociolinguistics). The application areas of the discourse studies are acquiring more and more importance in a variety of environments such as consumption psychology, marketing, education or the designing and analysis of surveys related to topics such as political tendencies, the evaluation of a certain product or the study of leadership in the organizations. Within this context, this work is an attempt to order a specific part of this wide realm of studies, particularly, in the linguistics line of its development. For this purpose, we are going to group in different types or schemata, some of the works which are developed nowadays in this relatively new and prosperous field of research.
