Abstract

Objective: This article is developed in order to carry out an exploration of renewable energies within the framework of law in the international context. Method: At the meth-odological level, it is developed as a qualitative study of bibliographic review, where various studies and legal documentation in the area of energy law are taken as primary sources of information. Results: The results found in the research allow us to understand that it is essential to have a quality and in-depth understanding of the dynamics of international energy law, so that processes can be carried out to direct the regulations towards the needs of the environment. Conclusions: It is concluded that international law from the perspective of renewable energies becomes a key factor for the growth of a sector focused on good practices and the development of companies with a sustainable contribution.
