Abstract
This paper first introduces the historical evolution and process of STEAM education, then by analyzing the development of STEAM education in developed countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom and South Korea, obtains the differences between STEAM education environment and China's, also summarizes the experience and lessons of other countries. Then, the author further discusses the industry ecology of STEAM education in China, analyzes the constraints and favorable conditions of its development, and analyzes the future development trend of the industry by combining policy, technology and social factors. Finally, this paper aims to provide effective suggestions for academic researchers, practitioners in the education industry and relevant government departments.
