Abstract
This study aims to solve the problems encountered in the cooperatives in the Philippines by developing a system. It followed a Waterfall Model under the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in the development and evaluating the design. The system caters to all significant transactions done by a credit cooperative from record management, creating members and applications for loans, generating amortization schedules, loan payments, generating reports, and tracking members’ transactions. A survey questionnaire was used to determine the effectiveness of the application as rated by the respondents. Upon completing the study, it found out that the respondents wanted the system to be implemented for better and well-managed transactions in their cooperative.
