Validación del modelo Teoría Unificada de Aceptación y Uso de Tecnología UTAUT en la adopción de un sistema ERP en una pequeña empresa

Abstract

The objective of this exploratory research work is to validate the model of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of UTAUT Technology in the adoption of an ERP system in a small Peruvian company called Biou Center SA, dedicated to the design and manufacture of wood-based furniture, and in this way, determine that the satisfaction of the variables proposed by the model are decisive for the decision to adopt an ERP system. The results show that the satisfaction of the variables of the model: Expected Effort, Ease of Conditions, Expected Performance and Social Influence, lead to a positive decision to adopt an ERP system.
