Evaluación del perfil del policía del posacuerdo en Colombia

Abstract

Resumen Actualmente con la firma de los acuerdos de paz con las FARC-EP, Colombia atraviesa un momento histórico que sin duda acarreará de manera directa e indirecta cambios en sus instituciones públicas y en la formación de sus funcionarios. Mediante la teoría fundamentada en datos y teniendo como base la prospectiva, en esta investi-gación se evidencia la necesidad de realizar cambios en el perfil de los policías que deberán cumplir su función en el marco del posacuerdo, obteniendo como conclusión de esta fase inicial un nuevo perfil que será validado posteriormente con expertos. Abstract Currently, after the peace agreement was signed between the Colombian government and the FARC-EP, Colombia is going through a historic moment that will certainly bring about changes, both directly and indirectly, for its public institutions as well as in the training process of its officials. Through data-based theory and based on prospect theory, this research shows the need to make changes in the profile of the police officers who must fulfill their role in the post-agreement era. The result of this initial phase was a new profile which will be later validated by experts.
