Abstract

The European Commission's Integrated Approach to Project Cycle Management has tremendous potential as a tool for project evaluation in development co-operation policy. It has been devised as a result of investigating the methods used by co-operation agencies in five continents. It has proved its worth within the EEC and it is hoped that it will be adopted further afield. © 1994 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
