Abstract
The lecture considers the current aspects of the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of borderline ovarian tumors with an emphasis on the feasibilities of organ-saving surgery. It analyzes the rate of recurrences and estimates the importance of prognostic factors in diseases of this nosological group.
