Ensino e pesquisa em saúde coletiva na Inglaterra: algumas observação de dois participantes

Abstract

A oportunidade dos autores realizarem curso de doutoramento na Inglaterra permitiu um melhor conhecimento sobre o ensino e a pesquisa em saúde coletiva naquele país. Neste artigo são apresentados alguns destes aspectos, bem como sugestões que podem ser úteis no repensar o desenvolvimento desta área do conhecimento no Brasil.The authors' opportunity to perform their Phd courses in England allowed a better understanding about Teaching and Research in Public Health in that country. In this paper, some of these aspects are considered as well as some suggestions in order to rethink the development of this field in Brazil are presented.
