SISTEM INFORMASI KINERJA TRI DHARMA DOSEN BERBASIS WEB DAN ANDROID

Abstract

Dengan terbitnya Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, Dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia Nomor186/M/2O21 Tentang Program Studi Yang Diakreditasi Oleh Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri, disebutkan bahwa program studi Teknik Telekomunikasi jenjang Diploma 3 dan jenjang sarjana terapan (Diploma IV) masuk dalam program studi yang direakreditasi oleh LAM Teknik. Salah satu data yang perlu dipersiapkan adalah data kinerja tri dharma dosen meliputi pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Data-data tersebut belum terdokumentasi dalam sebuah sistem informasi, tetapi masih dalam berkas hard copy. Penelitian ini   bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi web dan Android kinerja tri dharma dosen   mulai dari kegiatan pendidikan, penelitian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan pembimbingan tugas akhir mahasiswa dapat terekap dan terlaporkan dengan baik. Dengan sistem informasi ini setiap ada SK penelitian, pengabdian dan kegiatan pendidikan pengajaran, admin prodi mengupload SK tersebut, kemudian setiap dosen diminta mengunggah file pdf proposal dan laporan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat serta link jurnal karya ilmiah dosen. Tenaga administratif selanjutnya melakukan proses rekap dan rekapitulasi pemenuhan syarat akreditasi minimum program studi setiap akhir semester, sehingga dapat diketahui komponen apa saja yang masih kurang. Di sisi tenaga Administratif akan mempermudah dalam proses rekap laporan kegiatan tri dharma dosen secara tepat dan cepat.With the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 186/M/2O21 concerning Study Programs Accredited by Independent Accreditation Institutions, it is stated that the Telecommunications Engineering study program at Diploma 3 level and applied undergraduate level (Diploma IV) is included in the program studies reaccredited by LAM Engineering. One of the data that needs to be prepared is the tri dharma performance data of lecturers covering education and teaching, research and community service. This study aims to create a web and Android application for the performance of tri dharma lecturers starting from educational activities, research, community service and supervising student final assignments that can be captured and reported properly. With this information system, every time there is a research decree, service and teaching education activities, the study program admin uploads the decree, then each lecturer is asked to upload a pdf file of proposals and research reports and community service as well as a link to the lecturer's scientific work journal. Administrative staff then carry out the recap and recapitulation process of fulfilling the minimum accreditation requirements for study programs at the end of each semester, so that it can be identified which components are still lacking. On the Administrative side, it will make it easier to recap the report on lecturer tri dharma activities accurately and quickly.
