Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine whether Safety Standards Management effectively influences occupational risks in a private health clinic in Peru. The methodology used was quantitative, descriptive, correlational and non-experimental. The instruments used for data collection and study were the OSHMS register and the IPERC matrix. As a result, these instruments were found to be reliable for use, since the variable indicators gave values greater than 0.75. For the analysis of the hypotheses, Pearson's statistical tests and a regression analysis were used. It was concluded that the indicators of Safety Standards Management have a clear influence on occupational risks in the health clinic because the effects have a considerable dependence.
