Abstract
In the current study, successful reviews have worked to isolate cross-locale properties by presenting nanosized TIO2 (molecular size 100 nm, 0.5–10 wt%) fillers in epoxy sap. Particles were dispersed in the gum using a high shear mixing process. Exploratory results have shown that the coefficient of friction and wear rate of epoxies can be reduced with a fairly low concentration of nanoTIO2. The least obvious wear rate 0.7 × 10−4 mm3/Nm is 1 wt Found in % composites, reduced by 75% when clearly equated with unfilled epoxies. With the help of TIO2 particles, the mechanical properties of the epoxy composite are adjusted. Results updated by checking electron micrographs to help understand possible wear structures.
