Abstract

Objetivo: Conocer la morbilidad asociada de los diferentes tipos de infl uenza a partir de la pandemia a la fecha en el Estado de México. Material y métodos: Revisamos los concentrados anuales de las bases de datos en Excel reportados como casos sospechosos y que fueron confi rmados positivos a algún tipo de virus infl uenza por el laboratorio estatal. Resultados: Acorde a ello se registró un total de 17,177 casos sospechosos, de los cuales 3,829 (22.2%) resultaron positivos para algún tipo de virus infl uenza. Predominó AH1N1PDM-09 con 2,227 casos en las siete temporadas, seguido de AH3 (734 casos), infl uenza A endémica (475) e infl uenza B (397); esta última se mostró al alza en la temporada 2015-2016, a diferencia de las otras seis temporadas. Después de la pandemia destaca un aumento de casos cada dos años. Conclusiones: Realizar un Triage más puntual de pacientes para mejorar el dispendio de recursos. Palabras clave: Morbilidad, infl uenza, pandemia. ABSTRACT. Objective: To know the morbidity of the different types of infl uenza from the pandemic to the date in the State of Mexico. Material and methods: We analyzed the annual concentrates of the Excel databases captured like suspicious cases and that were positive confi rmed to some type of virus infl uenza for the state laboratory. Results: According to it, we registered a whole of 17,177 suspicious cases, from which 3,829 (22.2%) turned out to be positive for some type of virus infl uenza. Certainly predominate AH1N1PDM-09 with 2,227 cases in the seven periods, continued by AH3 (734 cases), infl uenza A endemic (475) and infl uenza B (397); the last one appeared to arise in the period 2015-2016, in contrast to others six periods. We observed that after the pandemic, there was an increase of cases every 2 years. Conclusions: Do it a more punctual patients Triage to improve the resources expenses.
