Abstract

We comment on a recent paper by J.-X. Zhang, P. A. Moortgat, and P. M. Aker [J. Chem. Phys. 105, 7276 (1996)]. We disagree with their interpretation of droplet stimulated Raman scattering spectral data as well as claims that surface electrical charge greatly affects hydrogen bonding at micrometer depths into water droplets. © 1998 American Institute of Physics.
