Abstract

This paper describes the hardware and software implementation in a new generation of time variant electronic acoustic enhancement systems designed for use in medium and large sized venues. Examples of currently installed systems and applications will be discussed, as well as capabilities for sound file storage and playback, multi-channel film surround sound, 2D effects panning, and 3D live tracking. © 2013 Acoustical Society of America.
