Abstract

As an energy user of more than 6000 TOE (Ton Oil Equivalent), the cement industry is required to implement an energy management system by appointing managers, carrying out regular energy audits, implementing audit recommendations, and reporting on the implementation of energy conservation every year. Certified auditors must carry out energy audits. The Energy Auditor Certification for the cement industry is a competency-based training that refers to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI). This study aims to develop a technical guidance training model for the energy auditor to obtain professional competency certification for auditors in the cement industry. The method used in developing the model is Research and Development by comparing the Human Performance Technology (HPT) model, the ADDIE model, and Instructional Technology. The result of this paper is a Technical Guidance training model of Energy Auditor.
