The Influence Of Human Resources Quality And Training Education On Employee Achievement

Abstract

Every organization, whether government or private, will always strive to achieve its stated goals effectively and efficiently, with good quality human resources, this will enable the smooth implementation of activities and improve employee work performance. Employees play a major role in every effort to achieve the goals and desires of the organization that oversees them. This research aims to determine the effect of human resource development and educational training on the work performance of employees at the West Pesisir Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative research model. This research used 44 research respondents. There are three variables in this research, namely: 2 (two) independent variables (X1 and as the dependent variable. Based on data analysis, a hypothetical answer has been found, namely as follows; There is an influence of human resource development (X1) on employee work performance (Y), with an influence level of 25.9%. There is an influence of training education (X2) on employee work performance (Y) with an influence level of 28.9%. There is an influence of human resource development (X1) and training education (X2) together on employee work performance (Y) with an influence level of 31.7%.   Keywords: Human resource development, training education, employee work performance.
