Abstract

The originally published Supporting Information has been revised with a correction to Figure S1, using the corrected value of ω = 0.2 bohr-1 for the range-separation parameter for the LC-ωPBE functional. All conclusions remain the same. The revised Supporting Information was published on March 6, 2017.
