A ÁGUA E SUA PROTEÇÃO LEGAL NO BRASIL E ACRE: CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE A LEGISLAÇÕES DOS RECURSOS HIDRÍCOS

Abstract

A água é recurso natural fundamental à vida e à maioria das atividades produtivas e energéticas desenvolvidas no mundo. Este recurso natural exerce um papel fundamental à vida do planeta e sua escassez pode gerar danos inimagináveis. Água - vida produção energia - sendo relevante no Brasil, dada a vocação agrícola e sua matriz predominantemente hidroelétrica. Ela necessita de uma legislação severa, executável que proporcione melhor aproveitamento e menos desperdício. Este trabalho com base em pesquisas bibliográficas secundárias trata da questão jurídica-política sobre uso e preservação dos recursos hídricos no Brasil e Acre, visto que nos últimos anos a temática sobre a água ganhou destaque em programas de proteção e preservação.Water is a natural resource that is fundamental to life and to most productive and energy activities developed in the world. This natural resource plays a fundamental role in the life of the planet and its scarcity can cause unimaginable damage. Water - life - production - energy - being relevant in Brazil, given the agricultural vocation and its predominantly hydroelectric matrix. It needs strict, enforceable legislation that provides better use and less waste. This work, based on secondary bibliographic research, deals with the legal-political issue about the use and preservation of water resources in Brazil and Acre, since in recent years the theme of water has gained prominence in protection and preservation programs.
