Abstract
Currently, there is an active transition of the investment and construction industry to the sphere of digitalization in many management processes. The main emphasis of the state is focused on the continuous process of managing information modeling technologies of the construction object at all stages of its life cycle, and a key element of this management process is the collection and publication of analytical data collected automatically by extracting the requested information from information systems about the stages and critical points in urban development activities. The automation of both the process of designing and building an object is very important, as well as the automation of managing the cost of the object based on the creation of a single information environment that takes into account possible factors in changing the parameters of the object and the cost in the process of implementing the construction object. The creation of a single information environment for all participants in the process of formation, coordination and implementation of construction projects, monitoring of key indicators of the construction of the facility during its implementation is a strategic goal of the construction industry. To achieve this goal, it is advisable to develop methodological foundations for substantiating a single information environment for the implementation of capital construction projects. The article considers the main approaches to the formation of the classification of construction information, develops proposals for their improvement. The introduction of the information environment proposed in the article for the implementation of construction projects will contribute to increasing the level of interaction between participants in the investment and construction process and will provide a single algorithm for managing value within the framework of the active digitalization of the industry.
