Abstract

Graphical Abstract 1. In AML, two SE-related transcripts IGF2BP2 and IGF2BP3 were identified, whose activation could be triggered by SE machinery. 2. IGF2BP2 and IGF2BP3 strengthened the stability of DDX21 mRNA in an m 6 A-dependent manner. 3. Knockdown of DDX21 inhibited proliferation, promoted apoptosis and led to cell cycle arrest in AML cells. 4. DDX21 recruited transcription factor YBX1 to cooperatively facilitate the transcription of ULK1.
