Abstract
In the literature on the concept of diversity management a lot of attention is paid to the potential effects that organizations can achieve by taking appropriate action in this area. These effects can be considered at the individual, team, and organization level, which is confirmed by numerous previous studies. The purpose of this article is to analyze these effects in the context of the model to assess the effectiveness of diversity management. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
