Abstract

Gerçekleşen bu projede demir ve çelik üretimi esnasında ortaya çıkan cüruf atığınının endüstriyel simbiyoz kapsamında alternatif hammadde olarak seramik yer karosu bünyesinde değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Seramik karo üretim sürecindeki aşamaları takiben farklı oranlarda cüruf içerikli masse kompozisyonları oluşturulmuştur. Cüruf, reçete kompozisyonuna %1, %3, %5, %8 ve %10 oranında dahil edilmiştir. TS EN ISO 10545 standardı kapsamında elde edilen bünyelere fiziksel testler (su emme, mukavemet, pişme küçülme) uygulanmıştır. Son olarak bünyelerin renk değerleri (L*a*b*) ölçülmüştür. Çalışma sonucunda cüruf atığının belirli bir yatırım sonucunda ve %1-3 oranında kullanılabilir olduğu saptanmıştır.In this project, it is aimed to utilize the slag waste generated during iron and steel production as an alternative raw material within the scope of industrial symbiosis within the body of ceramic floor tiles. Following the steps in the ceramic tile production process, masse compositions containing slag in different proportions were created. Slag is included in the recipe composition at the rate of 1%, 3%, 5%, 8% and 10%. Physical tests (water absorption, strength, firing shrinkage) were applied to the bodies obtained within the scope of TS EN ISO 10545 standard. Finally, the color values (L*a*b*) of the bodies were measured. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the slag waste can be used in body recipe between 1 and 3wt.% with a certain investment.
