Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the impact of organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Taiyo Sinar Raya Teknik. This is quantitative study. The research population consists of all employees of PT Taiyo Sinar Raya Teknik. It uses a probability random sampling technique with 120 participants. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the collected data. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, according to the findings. This shows that organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction all have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
