Abstract

Dr. William C. Roberts: Herein we will discuss findings in a man with a fusiform aneurysm of the proximal ascending aorta, aortic-valve regurgitation, mitral-valve regurgitation, an anomalously arising left main coronary artery, and survival for 12 years after replacement of the aortic valve and partial replacement of the ascending aorta. Dr. Waller will describe the patient.
