Abstract

Decalcification method: Two separate solutions: (1) formic acid in distilled water (1:1), (2) sodium citrate in distilled water (20 g in 100 ml). Mix the solutions before use. After decalc. is completed, the tissue is rinsed in tap water and transferred into 70 % methyl-alcohol.
