Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of workplace bullying and resilience on depression of hospital nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional, descriptive correlational study design was used. Participants were 134 nurses from three general hospitals in two provinces. Data were collected July 20-August 29, 2019. Collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA with the Sheff’s test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 20.0 program.
