Abstract
This article aims at exploring how children, particularly in rural areas of Bihar, an economically poor but culturally rich state of India, enjoy their lei- sure with limited resources available to them. Broken bangles, tamarind seeds, old clothes and even hard covers of old notebooks become sports equipment and a source of enjoyment for them, especially for those who cannot afford buying expensive goods.
