Abstract

Growing economic tensions are likely to reveal that new management approaches to change are required. research in this new field is being carried out at a leading european microelectronics center. these studies highlight the role of transition as an operating concept for management of change. the purpose of this research is both to enrich the theoretical reflections about organizational change and to create new tools for management analysis. © 2011 Lavoisier, Paris.
