Abstract

"Pigeons that had been trained on a 5-minute, fixed-interval schedule of food reinforcement received three sessions of experimental extinction. During the extinction sessions, the birds could produce the sound of the food magazine according to different schedules. Schedules of presentation of the magazine sound were effective in controlling response patterns and response rates during extinction." From Psyc Abstracts 36:01:1EL01K.
