Abstract

Four interesting cases of schistosomiasis of the cervix are reported. A study has been made of the clinical and pathological features of the disease based on a survey of cases of schistosomiasis of the female genital tract admitted to Kasr el Aini Hospital during 1950–60. The possible relation of schistosomiasis of the cervix and carcinoma is mentioned. © 1962, British Medical Journal Publishing Group. All rights reserved.
