Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi masalah kedisiplinan siswa SMK N 01 Pasaman dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi masalah kedisiplinan siswa dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, antara lain pemberian peringatan kepada siswa, pemberian bimbingan secara individu, pemberian bimbingan secara kelompok, pemanggilan orangtua siswa, pembiasaan kedisiplinan di dalam intrakurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler.Abstract. This study aims to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student discipline problems at SMK N 01 Pasaman by using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student discipline problems was carried out in several ways, including giving warnings to students, providing individual guidance, providing group guidance, calling students' parents, habituation of discipline in intracurricular and extracurricular activities.
