Abstract

It is widely documented that men hold the majority of engineering jobs throughout the world and that they are better paid then women holding similar positions. Yet women are a key fact to the future of the engineering profession. Not only are they a significant resource pool, but they also bring a diversity of ideas and insights, which can only advance any field.
