Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a logistics management model for a trading enterprise with the account of business processes coordination based on the system dynamics method. The work investigates the interaction of logistics processes with other business processes of the enterprise, highlights the main inter-functional conflicts, as well as possible risks and extra costs arising from the lack of the necessary coordination. The basic requirements and design principles are described, based of which a simulation model has been created, which makes it possible to effectively regulate the inter-functional interaction in the management of logistics processes.
