Abstract

000 hm −2 ,因 栽培周期短、上市早、经济效益好,已成为当地农民增收的主要产业之一 [2] 。近年来,随着种植年限的增 加和重茬连作,由根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)引起的根结线虫病已成为海南西甜瓜生产上的一种主要根 部病害,尤其在乐东、东方、三亚的设施大棚甜瓜种植上普遍发生,一般可导致20%~30%产量损失,严 重时产量损失在50%以上甚至绝收 [3 − 4] 。由于缺乏有效的抗病品种,生产上主要依赖化学杀线剂防治西 甜瓜根结线虫病害。目前,市场上应用较普遍的有阿维菌素、噻唑膦和氟吡菌酰胺等少数非熏蒸性类杀 线剂。西甜瓜根结线虫病病原发生种类较多,孔祥义等 [5] 报道大棚甜瓜根结线虫病病原有南方根结线虫 (M. incognita)、花生根结线虫(M. arenaria)和北方根结线虫(M. hapla)。龙海波等 [6] 鉴定危害海南哈密 瓜上的甜瓜根结线虫病病原的主要种类有南方根结线虫(M. incognita)、爪哇根结线虫(M. javanica)和象 耳豆根结线虫(M. enterolobii);张国锋等 [7] 报道了南方根结线虫(M. incognita)是危害西瓜根结线虫的优 势种群。在对海南西甜瓜线虫病害的调查过程中,笔者发现根结线虫侵染危害露地栽培香瓜(Cucumis melo L. var. makuwa cv.
