Abstract
This research paper examines the intricate relationship between criminal law and human rights, focusing on the challenges of balancing national sovereignty and international obligations. It explores how domestic criminal justice systems navigate the tension between enforcing criminal laws to maintain order and upholding human rights principles to protect individual liberties.
