Abstract

Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics (1-x)Na0.5Bi 0.5TiO3-xSrTiO3 (NBST100x), where x=0.02-0.90, were prepared by the fine ceramic sintering technique in air. It was found that all compositions showed single perovskite phase and the crystal structure changed from rhombohedral to cubic at 0.20
