Abstract
A statistical method using linear regression is shown for quantifying each variable's contribution to the uncertainty analysis in environmental health risk assessments. The method suggests that uncertainty analyses can be significantly simplified when a linear relationship can be established between risk or log(risk) and the independent variables.
