Endocrine and ultrasonographic aspects of the oestrous cycle of the mule

Abstract

The blood serum concentrations of progesterone and estradiol-17β were measured at various stages of the oestrous cycle of seven female mules, and their reproductive tracts were examined ultrasonographically at the same stages.
