REINVENCIÓN DE LA MUJER EMPRENDEDORA: UNA REFLEXIÓN DESDE SU AUTONOMíA ECONÓMICA EN BOLIVIA

Abstract

La coyuntura actual  trasciende las caracterí­sticas de la economí­a tildada como normal hasta antes del shock COVID-19, pone en descubierto la fragilidad socioeconómica de las personas, afectadas por variables macroeconómicas, ante estos eventos se habla de reinvención empresarial, de una nueva adaptación, sin considerar las estructuras sociales y las caracterí­sticas que han limitado el desarrollo de la mujer, si bien se ha intentado que la mujer logre su autonomí­a con ciertas alternativas entre ellas, el de llevar adelante un emprendimiento, es necesario analizar las condiciones y caracterí­sticas con las que se desenvuelven y llevan adelante un negocio, muchos de supervivencia, siendo estas las bases de este proceso investigativo-reflexivo.
