Abstract

Glyphosate (2.24 kg/ha) and paraquat (4.48 kg/ha) applied eight days prior to planting killed existing weeds but had no effect on subsequent weed populations and caused no injury to Cornus sericea, Juniperus horizontalis , ‘Bar Harbor,’ Juniperus chinesis ‘Hetz’ and Taxus cuspidata ‘Nana.’
