Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. To assess the comparative efficacy and safety of fixed-dose dual inhalers (i.e. LABA/LAMA versus ICS/LABA) and combination therapies versus LABA or LAMA monotherapy in individuals with moderate to very severe COPD, using network meta-analysis, and to rank these treatments based on their efficacy and safety.
