Abstract
The article offers a report relating to the effects of conflict within a certain organization, and how it can be avoided. The section follows the research, conducted by the author, on how to solve organizational conflict within their workplace. The author also provides tips on how to solution conflict. It includes knowing why conflict is so difficult, how to attribute motivations, how manage conflict effectively, and how to learn and practice new approaches. According to the author, executives usually tend to rely on their instincts or to use skills they've seen in other in handling conflicts, and this is exactly what gets them and their organizations in trouble.
