Abstract
The e feasibility of spray coating transparent cadmium stannate electrodes onto glass has been demonstrated. Both cadmium stannate phases, Cd(2)SnO(4) and CdSnO(3), can be deposited. The lowest electrical sheet resistances (10-20 Omega/square) and good optical transparency were obtained in CdSnO(3) films. With Cd(2)SnO(4), clear films having 80-100 Omega/square were achieved.
